Why Engen Wimpy is worth the pit stop

If you’re packing up the family and hitting the road for your December getaway, be sure to make a pit stop at Engen Wimpy.

We have something special lined up for the little ones. Yes, this summer we’re rolling with everyone’s favourite pups. For the grown-ups we’re serving up freshly brewed Premium Blend Coffees, so woza and grab a wake-me-up cup for the long road ahead.

Our brekkies and burgers are another reason to hit the brakes; and here we have some new local favourites that’ll put ‘ouma se frikadelle’ and any other padkos to shame. Best of all, our menu is now available in all 11 official languages, so even ouma will be able to find her favourites.

We recommend the Lekker Breakfast, which includes eggs, bacon, toast, a boerie, as well as a corn and cheese paptert topped with caramelised onions. And of course, we’ll include a serving of our famous Wimpy Relish.

As far as burgers go, you can’t go wrong with the Big Champion or, if you’re on the fence between lunch or breakfast, go for our Full Breakfast Burger. It boasts a beef patty, sliced cheese griller, streaky bacon, hashbrown cubes, and an egg. It’s basically the best bits from both worlds.
